Greetings All:
Seriously, look into forming a Delaware S-Corporation. Delaware does not have
a sales tax nor an annual personal property tax on the value of the completed
aircraft. Place the ownership of the craft in the corportate name. It also
provides your personal assests with a limited degree of protection from
liability.
Of course check with a tax accountant, lawyer, FAA, or other spiritual guide
before making any major financial decisions involving TAXES
