Why does the hole in the left side HS-905 nnose rib in figure 2 have
to be moved forward? Also, how have most of you gone about making the
hole oval shaped?

Unibit for the ends of the hole, then cut out material between w/ nibbler.

As I understand the revision it is to make routing of the cables in that
area easier. Not sure all what goes through there since I'm not to that
point yet, but that is what I was told.

Three holes drilled with the unibit. Draw a line down the center and
center punch the two ends for the small holes, then center punch the
middle
between the holes for a 1/2" unibit hole then just connect the dots.
