While I was working on my rudder today, I noticed some cracks in the
middle flange of the bottom rib of the rudder. I e-mailed pictures of
the cracks to Scott at Vans. After showing them to Ken Krueger, he e-
mailed me back and said they could be filed out with a round file and
smoothed. Apparently this happened with about twenty or so of these
parts because of a burr being present when the bend was formed.
I uploaded to pictures to the photo section in a folder
called "Rudder Parts".
