The two times I went we did the "call EAA and they'll refer you to
someone taking house guests" deal. Met two of the nicest folks around -
beautiful house on a canal, wine and cheese when we arrived "home"
after the show. And only about a 3-mile drive to Whitman the next
morning.
Of course, each one is different, but for us it was great! If I make it
this year, I'm definitely going to look these folks up again.
