Any firsthand experience with BM, GRT or Dynon? One thing I learned at the show was that the loss of air (pitot or static) to the Dynon invalidates the attitude display, apparently causing acceleration errors. What a time for attitude questions when the pitot freezes due to inattention or whatever. This problem (?) was first mentioned by the GRT group but was later confirmed and demonstrated by Dynon at the show. For me this eliminates Dynon for consideration except as maybe a Backup. As for panel I am planning two independent BM Sports or GRTs with the Trutrak pictorial pilot AP on separate busses/batteries. I will probably have identical units each side so that there is no confusion with the operating protocol. This will provide four ways to keep the wings level. For weather info I plan to use the Strikefinder; have had one in my Cardinal RG for 15 years and am quite comfortable with it. SL30 and Garmin transponder. Audiovox makes a headrest self contained DVD player and wireless headsets; this will go into the rear for the children
