I don't work for Van's. Just wanted to pass along a short email
exchange with Van's and settled our minor misunderstanding.
Somehow I'm short a bunch of 6-32 platenuts and screws. 26 and 36
of each were sent and inventoried correctly. Well, each wing tip
alone has 42 of these little guys. Of course my 30days to report
shortages is well in the past. Van's email below sums up how
professional they are.

Ahn, Just wanted to drop you a note to apologize for giving you a
hard time about your missing hardware. I researched it after we got
off the phone and saw that the current kits included and extra bag of
88 nutplates and screws. Bag 1200 will be off to you tomorrow.
