I check out their website too. $35,900 for their 230 HP turbo model.
Prop rpm is 2200 max. This is good for efficiency/noise - however,
you might run out of pitch with typical propellers at RV speeds.
There are prop designs for low rpm/ high speed. I believe it allows
for reasonable tip speeds at high alt/high speed turboprop cruise but
these would be lots of money.... Diamond TwinStar might have a
suitable prop? Also DA-40TDI? (Europe only)
$35,900 seems like alot of money to spend when you can buy a new
lycoming from Van's for a little more and not have to be an engine
integrator with all the extra costs..... Perhaps the exchange rate
is pushing the price high? It is painted in a Volvo-Penta Grey....
making we wonder what spares cost/availability will be.
It has only a slight advantage in continuous power for turbo version
210 HP vs 190 HP. Perhaps mostly turbo normalized with no
intercooler?
Fuel consumption in rotaries is typical similar or slightly higher
than piston. Is core mazda?
Flying plane at E-Riddle since April 2004 but no data???
I think the good news is options are coming to the market but I don't
think many will survive, including this one.

visited the factory in Switzerland this summer; He discussed their
engine with them in detailed. After he returned we have tentively
decided that the R&D necessary for them to get their final engine
produced and the effort to adapt the cowl for intercoolers and
radiator would delay our project beyond the 2006 OSH we are
planning. If anyone has specific questions you might email claude.
