I located an RV4 that was built and then converted to a trike. Pictures
looked very much like the 8A. Does anyone know who owns this plane? I
would like to get in touch with the builder.

Say it isn't so! The last bastion of RV's without the dreaded "A"
attached to the model is about to have a "training model"? The RV4 is
the best looking RV for alot of reasons, but is an aircraft requiring
some semblance of skill to land and is faster and sexier. Who knows
what the resale would be on a rouge one-of-a-kind "A" either...
Why?

Hi
Call Van's they will know, I read the article I'm sure around 1990, the guy said that the RV-4 was hard to land. Well we RV-4 builders don't think so, and now that I have flown the 6 and 8 I'm sure of it. Could be a squirrel if you don't get the gear on straight.
