I have uploaded a pic of my rear stick disconnect, not the best
picture but you'll get the idea. There is a 1/4" pin (the kind with
the button to release the retainer ball) through the stick, and a
coiled cord with a mini-plug for the PTT switch. The cord comes out
of the stick above the stick receptacle and plugs into an outlet in
the crossbar just in front of the stick. The whole thing unplugs in
an instant and lays in the side pocket. Voila!
