Gary,
A saw a note recently from a guy who updated his D-10 to a D-10A. It
was supposed to take 2 weeks but took over a month. The guy was having
a meltdown. My plane is AOG. I need it for business etc. etc.
It kind of struck me that if you had to send your EFIS back for a
repair, you should still have enough in the panel to be legal VFR. So,
you might want to keep at least a few of those steam guages...:-).

I have been unemployed for a couple years so AOG isn't a problem.I
also have a back-up Aircraft if needed.The Ultimate 10-200 @150K is
much slower than the -4 though.
