I am in the process of installing the forward optional baggage
compartment in my RV4. I received the kit a couple of days ago.
Drawing 40 shows F472 bulkhead. This bulkhead appears only on this
drawing as far as I can tell. This drawing is specifically for the
optional baggage compartment. The kit did not contain this bulkhead
which is forward of the instrument panel about 9 inches or
thereabouts. Upon speaking to Ken at Van's I have determined that the
purpose of this bulkhead is to protect the instrument panel from loose
baggage. Ken doesn't know where this bulkhead is or if should have
been part of the kit, he is checking on it. Does anybody know about
this bulkhead?
