I also have the 160 hp, and was wondering if you had any problems
with leaning or had to do anything different in the way you flew, I
was told it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a manifold pressure gauge,
and to not use the auto gas until I was at altitude and throttled
back some, also was told to MAKE SURE THERE WAS NO ALCOHOL.

Thanks,...Mike

Actually, I removed a sentence at the end that said that we have not been
using it recently. My partner was more "into" giving it a try than I was and
she probably figured she had better things to do that haul gas cans to top
the tanks. I always top off with AVgas.

There was no change in how we flew OTHER THAN making sure to take off and
land on the RIGHT tank (with AVgas).

We seem to have some issues with leaning but that is NOT related to autogas
as it has always been there as something that was not quite as expected.

We do have a manifold pressure gauge but I am curious ... what was the
connection to autogas??

Don't know if we ever got anything with alchohol or not. Never took the time
to test it.
