Thanks for the heads up on this special. It sounds like a
great deal. A few questions come to mind as I consider which
tool set to purchase. Cleaveland also has RV tool sets, and
even has an Empennage-only small set for $672.00. I assume
(but have not checked) that once you are past the empennage
you can get the rest of the tools in the set and end up with
the complete set.
Has anyone done a comparison of the Avery offering versus the
Cleaveland offering? If you got the full Avery (or Cleaveland)
set, how much of it did you actually use in the empennage
construction?
Right now I'm thinking about hurrying up my order from Avery
and getting in on the pneumatic rivet squeezer deal. Getting
that for only an additional $208 is quite a deal.
Opinions? Suggestions?
