Ok I've got the spare riveted in by back riveting. Now I've got the
hinge drilled and ready to rivet. How do I rivet it? Should I rivet it
to Horizonal stabalizer with my hand squeezer and then try to buck it on
the Trim tab?

Wish I could help. I'm at exactly the same point. I don't have a
bucking bar that will work and the standard yoke doesn't do me much
good.
Wish I had a cutting torch and I'd make a bucking bar that would
work.

I modified this bucking bar to get in and buck those rivets. See the picture...

It's kinda hard to see what I did but basically I polished the surfaces that you can see and I put a grinder to it to make that top surface narrower so that it would fit. It worked pretty well.
