My QB wings are nearing completion and I am getting ready to begin
the fuselage. The documentation included a suggested order for the
wings, but I haven't seen anything for the fuselage.
For the QB builders, what order are you going in for the fuselage?
Thanks

Hi John,
I made a list of all the loose fuse parts, then I went through the
entire fuse section of the instructions and highlighted references to
the parts that needed to be installed, then just started working
through the highlighted sections. Also there are several parts that
are not in the "loose parts list" that you must fabricate from raw
materials and install. Bottom line, you must read every instruction
and make sure the parts referenced are on the plane already, or if
not, go ahead and make/install them.
I have the Loose Parts List in Word format. I will post it in the
files section on this site.

Bob,
Where do I find your RV7 Fuselage "Loose parts" file?

It's here on the group site under "Files".

John,
I started by first taking out the seat bottoms and baggage floors. I
then started working on the external step kit that I ordered, but
decided to tackle something easier first, instead of cutting a huge
hole in the side of the fuselege. Then I assembled the rudder pedals
and rudder tube assemble and clamped them in position. I then had
some help and worked on fabricating the seats. This will help
determine where to final drill the rudder pedals in place. I also
attached my rear tiedown bar and tapped the hole for the tiedown
ring. Next I started on the electric flap assemble, but have been
held up by some missing parts. I will also need to finish installing
the nutplates for the bottom of the baggage rear cover and the
baggage center cover......
I still have to finish some stuff on the wings, I'm installing a S-
tec autopilot and a Gretz Heated Pitot Static tube...
Hope this helps
Brian
