Hi Gang,

This is what I received from Thielert Engines on a question about installing
a Tielert engine in my RV7A. Maybe it can be of use to other builders....

Subject: Prop for TAE 125

Dear Mr. Paul,

Thank you for your interest in our engines. The TAE 125 will be available
from 2002 also for RV 7 in Europe and America. There will be no complete
installation kit, but all info you need to install the engine and built the
parts you need. The price for the TAE 125 will be 19500,- EUR including
FADEC-system and engine display.

It will be possible to use your prop as an experimental plane, but the TAE
125 will be certified for using the a MT constant speed prop and a Hartzell
composite prop. We achieve a 13 % better system-efficiency with the 3 blade
prop for instance and the significant lower engine prop speed. So it would
be better to use one of the certified props used by us.

All interesting info about the engine you will find at the FAQ´s on our
homepage www.Thielert.com under "Aircraft Industrie".

Yours sincerely
Thielert Aircraft Engines

Torsten Arnold
