If you're getting close to putting on your QB wings you can avoid
some grief (unlike me) by carefully looking at the trim specification
on dwg 38 labeled Rear Spar Trim Detail. The rear spar of the QB
wings looks like it has been factory trimmed - but it's not. You can
get the wings on without the trimming but you end up with over an
inch of forward sweep on the wings because the rear spar prevents the
rear of the wing from getting close enough to the fuselage.
Not to mention the wing bolts are hard enough to get in without any
forward sweep adding to the tightness of the main spar.
Happy riveting,

Robert,
It sounds as though you figured out your "forward swept wing"
problem. Nice work and thanks for the tip. I thought I was
finished with my wings... but perhaps I'm not quite done. I'll be
taking a close look at the spar.
