When you get to the wing flaps which are hinged on a
piano hinge - you dimple the skin and thin brace - but
DON'T try to dimple the THICKER hinge as I did - it
must be counter sunk. I flew down it with my
pneumatic sqeezer and then realized the hinge was no
longer straight but rather had quite a significant
curve to it.

Actually you should countersink the flap brace and use the hinge as a pilot
for the countersink. You should not dimple or countersink the hinge.
