Just got the below message from the Turbine company.
Sure sounds awesome to me - who's going to try this
out first? I'm chicken!

Cliff,
The cost of the engine is $23,000. The package gives
you basically
everthing
to start the engine(fuel system, 1 fuel pump,
starter, altenator). You will have to buy a prop.
Delivery is 60 days

we recieve the 25% deposit. The new model engine is a
little different
than
the one on the web page. You can see photos of the new
design on the
ATP

Avemco says no hull insurance for the first 100 hrs. that is a no for me.
