Here is a great source for a smoke system for our RVs. The tanks and pumps fit in the baggage area. Compro Aviation in Kansas. My buddies have his systems on their warbirds. Joe, Thanks for your inquiry on our units. I scanned some new pictures of our 1.5 and 3 gallon units tonight. The 1.5 gallon unit weighs 9.5 pounds empty and 18.5 pounds full of smoke oil. Should run 3-4 minutes continuously with 2 nozzles. The unit is 14" long, 81/4" tall and 6" wide at the base. the pump on the front is 8.5" wide.
The 3 gallon unit weighs 11.75 pounds empty and 35.5 pounds when full of smoke oil. It should run 6-8 minutes continuously with two nozzles. It is 18.5" long, 101/4" tall, and 6" wide at the base. 8.5" wide at the pump end.
Both units will have mounting angles that are 1 inch wide. One on each end with the 1.5 gallon unit. One on each end and one on each side with the 3 gallon unit. Neither unit is available with an inverted oil pickup tube, (flop tube). However we can put a check valve in the vent to prevent spills when inverted. This is a $35 option.
Custom nozzle sizes , rubber and steel line lengths, and system voltages, (12 or 24 volts), are available at no extra charge.
1.5 and 3.0 Gallon capacity units are $500 complete with 1 nozzle and steel line and $550 completes with 2 nozzles and steel flexlines. Shipping via UPS is additional. Terms are prepaid or C.O.D. We have built and sold 4,359 units since 1974 to this date. Thanks for your interest
