I was wonder what the 4 holes just forward of the spar on the side skin up
near the top that slant are used for. Looking thru the prints I've seen 1
drawing that appears to be mounting the fresh air vent for the cockpit.

Yes thats right they hold a bracket in place that holds the air vents
(standard
black plastic vents). Bracket is made from 0.032 but I used 0.063 angle.
