I am getting to rivet the forward fuse together.
Is there a half hinge that attaches to the side skin to firewall
rivets.
I saw the cut on the drawings showing the bottom skin with rivets and
half hinge, but it didn't indicate anything on the sides

Carey, I am doing the same work as you. I don't see
anything on the plans about hinges on the side, I may
have read about a hinge on the bottom but I am not
sure yet. I will not work on the forward line of
rivets until I complete most of the work behind. My
expecatation is that the next set of drawings (finish
kit) will have the answer. My finishing kit has just
arrived, 15 minutes ago, and when I open and look at
the plans I am sure some info will be there. I will
pass it on.

I have just finished doing the inventory on the
finishing kit, it is easier to do than the empenage.
Very big box with very few things inside. The work
however seems complex. With regards to the hinges,
they are there and they go all around, top, side and
bottom. As I mentioned before I would leave it alone
for now. That line of rivets is very easy to get to.
