I just spend more than an hour looking for F-6114B and
C (cable wear block). Does anybody know where these
Plastic Strips are? I looked into all the bags and did
not see them.

They are in the plastic bag with the shoulder harness and rudder
cables.

Roger,
The wear block strips are in a separate plastic bag that contains the
shoulder harness cables.

Got it, I did look at that bag but they are white and
were on top of the instruction sheet which is also
white.
