Author: cpthdc8@... Time: Tue Oct 22, 2002 5:32 am PDT Link

OK guys I have just finished the left elevator, I'm looking for idea's on
running the wiring for the trim servo ie; where do you run it through the
elevator and the fuselage, do you go through the Horiz. stab?????

I know I'm getting ahead of the game here just trying to think a little
ahead.

Thanks ahead of time. Pete

Pete,
Funny you mention this. I just ran that wire last night. I came from the servo mounting area, through the elevator spar bushing, through the slotted notch in the elevator leading edge, through the horizontal rear spar bushing, (which i had neglected to install before the elevator was on) then out ofthe horizontal through the forward most lightening hole in the horizontal before the forward horiz. spar, then through the manual trim cable hole in the forward horiz spar, then down through the forward lightening hole of the aft deck (through an adel clamp) and down the bulkhead under the forward aftdeck to meet the center fuse tail/strobe wires running down the center of the fuse. then forward from there to my control sticks. where my trim relay box is.
