Just fit my rt. aileron, the left aileron went on just as per plans.
My rt. otbd aileron bracket has a slight inward bend, a little more
pronounced than the left wing's. The only way to make the aileron fit
is to use a small spacer on the otbd aileron bracket on the side
opposite to what the plans call for. Doing this positions the the
aileron properly in relation to the spar. Did anyone else have this
occur?

I have QB wings and noticed the right wing Aileron hinge did not fit straight either. It was due to a poor bend in the corner of the outboard rib. I drilled it out and straightened it.
