I worked on fitting the cowling this weekend.
I opted for the quarter turn fastener route rather than the hinge
pins along the firewall.
I could envision difficulities with the hinge wrapping around the
curve.
Guys, the Skybolts sure are easy to install.
I'm still debating the horizontal cowl joint. The hidden hinge
behind makes an attractive front end.
But the hinge pin is not laying around a tight curve in this
situation.
