Home -> RV-7 and RV-7A topic: Transition training - Northern NY?

Author: "Steve J Hurlbut" <sjhdcl@...> Time: Tue Jun 10, 2003 3:34 am PDT Link

I hope to fly my RV7A within the next month or so.

I'm looking for an RV to do transition training in. I live 1 hour north of
Watertown, NY, or
3 hours east of Toronto, and would be willing to drive a few hours and pay
for some hours during a
weekend visit.

Thank you

I used Sam Benjamin in Alma, MI for my transition training. My
insurance company (Nationair) required a checkout from a CFI in a
similar RV (nose wheel, side by side). I know that doesn't help much,
but if you're just looking for stick time, and find your way down to
Port Columbus (CMH), you can fly mine. I've uploaded a few more
pictures to the photo section of the finished plane. The same offer
goes to others in this group as well.
