What type of foam (and where do you get it?) are people using as the
"sandwich" around the fuel lines under the forward fuse floor covers? I
haven't found any references in the plans or directions as to what the
factory used.

I used the super soundproofing sheets from Aircraft Spruce. It comes in various thicknesses. Two layers of 3/8" works well. I also used it on the cabinside of the firewall and side walls. Contact cement holds it well.
