Thanks to all who made comments on my broken longeron problem. Shipping costs for a new one from Vans ( a $20 part) was over $300 to Alaska. I was able to order a 20' piece through my local welding shop for a dollar a foot. He assured me that it was the correct piece of structural aluminum aa6-125 x 3/4 x 3/4. All the comments I got from you all were right on. Thanks for your help.
