According to Todd at Grand Rapids Technologies they've sent out
approximately 20 EFIS Horizon Series 1 units to date. I'm about
to send them a check.
Are any of you the recipients of such units? If so, can you comment
on the unit, good or bad?

Just received my dual display GRT tonite. Awesome, I can't wait to
play with this thing. Ordered a power supply today. Sorry, I had to
tell *somebody* :)
Packaging was perfect. The only thing I see missing is the second
fuel transducer for the return line (IO). Everything is clearly labelled
and packaged. The only other thing missing was the instruction manual.
Strange. Installation manual is very clear. Every wire, and there are
a ton of them, is marked, and documented in the inst. manual.
Unfortunately, it will be a couple of months before it gets into the
cockpit.
