built with certified parts from ECI.

Don't know about that one but can recommend Penn Yan.
I just received my new experimental O-360 from Penn Yan - All ECI parts
except sump which I requested as new improved flow Superior sump (no extra
cost), dynamically balanced (included in base price since all the engines
that go through their shop are sent through the dynamic balance process),
hollow crank with plug (no extra cost - just in case I decide to change to
CS in the future), free shipping, etc.
Their customer support after the sale is great also.
Superior, Mattituck, Penn Yan, Lycoming, Aerosport .... Shop around and
compare. Look at their reputations, value added, support, warrantee, etc.
Be thorough about what you're getting for your $. Most ,if all, be SAFE.
