Has anyone installed a Reddish Stall warner? I ordered one from
Aircraft Spruce, unfortunatly it's on back order. I'm at the point
where I'm ready to rivet my leading edge together and I'm wondering
when this switch has to be installed. Is it best to wait or how far
can I put things toghther before it will make it too difficult to
install?
Thanks!

Install it after the leading edge is riveted. You could probably do it after the LE is installed on the spar, but it would be more difficult.

I cut the hole for the vane after I had riveted the ribs to the
skin, and before I attached the LE to the spar. You could cut the
hole with the LE just clecoed togethered. You don't actually have to
install the vane now if you put it in the location recomended
(second bay from the tip). I am able to reach in through the ribs to
install/remove it. You can see pics on my site about 2/3 of the way
down this page:

Just don't rivet the wing tip on and you can do it any time. I put
one in a quick-build with no problem.

Will water (rain or washing) enter the wing through that hole? If
so, are there any provisions made to remove the water (wep hole or
some other thing)? I'd be concerned that water could sit in there
for days.

I'm not sure but that is a good point worth loking into.
