OK, I'm stuck. I was able to get the rivets on one side (just
barely) in the tight aft end of the R903 rib at the top of the
rudder. Now, I can not get the two on the other side. Any hints or
tips for getting these in? I have attempted a modified c-clamp and
modified needle nose vice grips to squeeze them but neither has
worked.
If I go the pop-rivet route, which is the correct pop-rivet to use.
I'm guessing a MK-319-BS.

Mike, You have a long ways to go in building this airplane, take
some advice, stop beating yourself to death with this anal rivet
issue and move on. There are much more difficult problems ahead for
you.
