Steve, that's how I drilled mine, we are about to see how well it all
fits as I am ready to join the center/aft sections if I can ever get
the #%$@^ longerons bent correctly.
As a check, I made a small template from cardboard and drew the line
on the bottom skin, it matched pretty well with the centerline layout
on the rib, just offset by about half the flange width.
Now, any advice getting the longerons bent, I've been fooling with
them for hours!

Seems like it should but I'm

Larry,
I read your request for longeron bending advise. This is much ado
about nothing. I spent 3 hours on one and 20 minutes on the other.
In the end, both were close to the template but I figured when I
drilled the side rail on top of the longeron, I could use C clamps
to correct minor bend alignments as I sequentially drilled the side
rail to the longeron, and it worked. When I drilled I started on
one end and used the free end of the side rail as a lever to align
the edges, then clamped and drilled, then repeated the procedure. I
had almost no filing of the outside of the side rail to achieve a
perfectly right angle mating of the two surfaces. I spent far too
much time pondering the bending of the longerons. Good luck.
