Hey Group,
Guys and Gals, Ladies and Gentlemen,
Just got off the phone with the accountant. I had recieved my tax
returns today and owed much less than thought.
The really good news was, because of the ability to accellerate write
off of equipment including the plane, he encouraged me to get er done
soon. For me that means two years not four.
I have clients all over the country, seems that if I fly in and see
them I can write off a large portion of the aircraft for business. I
had thought of buying a plane but the planes I could afford would not
get me anywhere in a reasonable time..
Cant write it off until it passes initial flight testing.
Cant wait to take those thursday flights and see customers on friday
then spend the weekend having fun. Florida, texas, new mexico,
vegas, colorado, Dougs camping trips, oops thats not a write off!!
Take care and have fun, I need to get off my butt and drive some
rivets,........after I drill a couple out.

Hi Roberta,
Yep, Quick build would be the way to go on the fuselage and that is
what I am leaning to do. If I do the quick build I spend more time
making money and less time building...makes sense although I enjoy
building more than I enjoy working but I enjoy flying more than I
enjoy building. I like building and flying more than working.....LOL.
Its great to be in a Country that gives us the chance to go out and
make a living, raise our family's and have so much fun, so much to
live for....

If I had to choose between QB wings and QB fuselage, I'd go QB wings and avoid all the hassle of the pro seal and having to to two wings. Some things completed in the QB fuselage get in the way and require some rivet drilling. The QB wings take about a week or two to get done and are very nice. I get real bored doing things twice. I like to build, but flying is a million times better.

yep, have the wings.. about 50% done... wish I could find a fuselage
started but without the center section done... maybe someone willing
to spit a project up... fat chance I am sure..
Saw your post on the weight an balance. I hesitated to respond.
