Hi,
I'm at the point of deciding on a propeller for the 7A. I've decided to go
with the blended Hartzell option (although I prefer to 'look' of the 3 blade
MT ;). The remaining decision is on the diameter.
Obviously ground clearance is going to be marginally different but doesn't
seem to be a biggie with the nose dragger. Are there any gotchas, eg. stone
chips are more difficult to deal with for X reason?
PROP C2YR-1BF/F7496 (I)O-360 (180hp) diameter: 74"
PROP C2YR-1BF/F7496-2 (I)O-360 (180hp) diameter:72"
Any opinions / comments out there on the pro/cons of either the 74 / 72
props.
Thanks,
Carl
