Hi all
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to run tail light wiring in the
rudder. I'm asking because before I rivet the rudder completly, I'm
wondering if I should pre drill some holes and put in snap bushings and
some string to pull wires thru later. Thanks again for any suggestions.

Andy,
I ran two runs of conduit starting between the F-706 and F-707
bulkheads, through all bulkheads, sometimes through opportunistic
openings. In the case of the smaller conduit, you need not drill
holes (but can if you deem necessary). It will fit between the
bulkhead and the J channel, and nestles nicely in the J channel.
The conduit was secured to the J channel with either small wire
straps or the chord for bundling electrical wires. The smaller
conduit has 5 strand, Ray Allen servo wire to the pitch trim and the
larger one has the strobe and nav light wires. If you decide to
do, get the conduit similar to icemaker tubing. The wires pull
easier through it.
