All, I have a QB 7A fuse, and I noted that the bottom attach holes for the 711C attach bars were not riveted. The instructions say to "leave open for taildragger"...should I be riveting these for the trigear? If so, must the 712 bulkhead be removed to reach them? DWG 21 shows the detail...any feedback is appreciated. Thanks,Scott
