I am thinking of asking for a digital protractor for a Christmas gift, what is the most cost effective, yet reliable place to buy one?

Free shipping since it's over $100. Double check me on that, but I believe
that's ATS' policy (used to be $75).

I bought mine thru Toolcrib for under $100 and they tossed in a free
48" beam for it. Also you can try Amazon.com

I noticed that another tool I am going to need (the flaring tool) is also from ATS but is not quite a hundred dollars so maybe I should get
that at the same time to get free shipping... Thanks Dan.
