i am rivetting the hs and i can't find anywhere in the plans where
it says to rivet the 706(end rib) to the skin before the part is
finished. Do i rivet it now or is there some reason to wait.
btw i am building an rv7

Dennis,
You rivet it in now, after you have reached in and bucked the rivets for the skin to the front spar.

Dennis,
Since nobody else has responded yet I'll take a stab at this. The
construction method on the tail has changed since I built mine, but I
believe it ends similarly. The "edges" are the last stuff to be riveted.
By edges I mean the flanges on the end ribs, root ribs, rear spar flanges,
etc.
If you've already riveted the middle nose ribs, front spar, and middle
in-spar ribs to the skins, then you're ready to squeeze the rivets along all
of the edges.
