Fellow Southern California 9A builders,
If you've received your wing kit but haven't dimpled the holes that
attach the tank to the W-919 joint plates, would you please
contact me off list.
I goofed! I dimpled the holes in the tank skins before I
match-drilled the tanks to the W-919 joint plate. Rather than
flatten out the dimples, I think I can fix the problem by making a
template of the holes in a tank skinthat hasn't yet been dimpled.
It will take me about 5 minutes to make an acetate template and
I promise not to damage your tank skin.
