Hey all. Quick question on the bolts/washers for the tie-down
brackets. On the four bolts that hold the tiedown bracket to the
spar, should there be a washer under the head of the bolt AND under
the nut or just a washer under the nut?

DWG 9, Detail B, and DWG 11, Section A-A, show a washer under the Nut only. Also the Parts Call-out on DWG 11, Front Wing Spar Rear View (F7) call for Four bolts, nuts, & washers.
