Hello Folks,
I am considering building a RV-9/9A and have been lurking on this list
for a few days. I am currently a Private Pilot and am working (slowly)
on a few other ratings. I am an aviation management student at Oklahoma
State University and after this semester will only have 3 hours left to
take (one class). I am hoping to begin building my plane of choice in
2003 and have it finished by Oshkosh 2005. I have ordered the RV info
and video pack and have just finished reading the literature and am
watching the video as I type this. So far I have looked at many other
kits and am very excited by what the RVs offer when compared to the other
stuff. I am currently living in Tulsa, Oklahoma and will be moving away
from Oklahoma as soon as I graduate. I work for Tulsa Airport Authority,
so if any of you ever fly in to our airports: Tulsa International (TUL)
or Richard Jones Jr. aka Riverside (RVS) shoot me an e-mail and I can get
you a tour and tell you which FBO has the best cookies and drinks!
(www.tulsaairports.com). As I watch this Video and digest the literature
my desire to be among the builders and flyers just grows...

Unfortunately....there is no turning back! Just stuff that gets in the
way to make it take longer before you have to do it.
