I just purchased the Oregon Aero seat cushions and wonder if anyone
knows of patterns available for cutting out the upholstery

Renner, I got my seat cushions from Oregon Aero. The seats were shipped in two seperate shipments, and were cut to two different sizes. I sent them to Becky Orendorf for covering. The larger seat had to be cut down to the size of the smaller one to make them match. So you better wait till you get yours before you start cutting fabric.
