Boy,you guys sure know how to hurt a guys feelings.I believe there is
5 of us dummies.I dont really understand all the tail wheel phobia
out there cause most tail wheel planes are easy to land.But all
points taken I agree with most exept for looks.conformity is not my
strong point and I have been flying a TG for 3 years now so I went
that way.

The phobia that is out there is just that, a phobia. It's a result of all
the articles we read and the hangar talk about "Taming the Beast". Landing a
taildragger is simply a matter of learning how. It is a bit different, but
nothing you can't learn in an hour or two with a good instructor. Assuming you
know how to fly already. If you are a primary student, all the better. You learn
right from the start just as hundreds of thousands have done before us.
