Booger,

You will find that as you match drill the skins the plastic traps aly swarf and this can get imprinted on the skin if you don't clear the plastic before dimpling.

Booger,
I used a small tip soldering pen to melt a small circle around the holes,
and used a dental pic to carefully pull the little vinyl circle away from
the skin. You can also do strips 1/2" or so wide melting about six or eight
inches at a time kinda brushing the soldering pen across the vinyl. It
doesn't take long to get it down.
