You're flying, Andy, and that says a lot about talent.....

As I recall, you reported elevator skin cracks a while ago. Is the
fix a skin doubler or what did you do about it?

My elevators, especially the right side, have lots of "oil can"
action. It will be interesting to see if cracks develope. None so
far with 54 hours.

There is no practical repair. You rebuild the parts if the cracking gets bad enough to bother you.

I rebuilt the rudder thus far, and will build new elevators this fall. Right now I am having too much fun flying to work on more building projects!
