For those who have used Affordable Panels' modular panels, does the
available Sub Panel extend too low so that it would be an issue with
knee clearance for taller pilots (6'3")?

Do you have any issues with the modular panels?

Well, it depends... I am 6'2" and do not have an issue with knee clearance. The thing that I found is that the panel and sub panel are farther forward than your knees are when bent. So think of the panel as being about 3 inches forward of the top of your knee, thus your leg is already trending down at that point. Best advice is to mock it up with the stock panel and some 2" scrap. Also in my case I recessed the sub panel so that increases the room as indicated here.

I do love my Afforadable panel setup as it's so easy to work on and make updates to!
