When is the best time to permanently attach the forward top skin
(behind the canopy)? Does it need to be removeable for canopy
installation? (Tip up) I was planning on riveting it right after I
rivet the roll bar unless I need to remove it for the canopy
installation. Is this right?
And Clay (if you read this) are you going to the Texas RV fly-in in
Midlothian? I'll be driving in.

I riveted mine fairly late in the game. You can get the rear window
in there with the skin riveted in place.
If you are going to install a strobe power supply or autopilot servo
back there, wait until those are done before you rivet that skin in
place.
Yes, I'll be at Midlothian, however the flight over from Lancaster is
going to be pretty short for me (about 5 minutes). So, I suppose
I'll try to give rides to anyone that wants one if my hours are flown
off.
Contact me off-list to get on the "list."
