Home -> RV-9 and RV-9A topic: Forward Top Skin for Tip up builders

It is good to see this topic, following the manual I fitted that top
skin and then riveted it on thinking I was making good progress then
as I read ahead realized that the directions left off "Rivet on" as
the final step during fitting.
The forward tounges are unriveted since there is a roll bar bracket
underneath but I am feeling like I built myself into a corner.
I would really like to permenantly attach the roll bar and finish
that skin riveting but am not sure the canopy can be fit afterwards.
Anybody have any advice or been there stories to relate?
Thanks greatly.
Rick
